We have some terms, there is a lot at steak!

We deliver Monday to Friday,

All orders are cut specially on instruction. As a result, we need time to make up your order for you.

We always try to keep our next weekday delivery promise, but sometimes orders might be delayed.

If you need meat for the weekend, please submit your order by 11.00 a.m. on Thursday.

Orders placed on Fridays after 3.pm or on weekends will be delivered on the following Tuesday

If you desperately need an order on the same day, we may be able to help you (depending on what time it is ordered, but you would then need to collect the order from our store, located at the Steakshop, 95 Gen Viljoen Street, Welgelegen, Polokwane Ext 1, Polokwane, 0699.

We deliver in a 50km radium around Polokwane, based in the Limpopo province.

When placing your order and no shipping method is available, please ensure that you use the correct Polokwane postal code, either 0699 or 0700.

Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Holidays that fall on weekdays, count as non delivery days, but we will do our best to deliver all orders on time, every time.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE IS SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. As we are delivering perishable products, it is important that your delivery is signed for, checked against the delivery note, and preferably refrigerated immediately (although our boxes will keep your order cool for a few hours if stored in a cool place.)

It may be a good idea to get your order delivered to your work address, if the order is on a Monday to Friday – if you prefer this, please make sure to enter your company and address details carefully (e.g. what floor you are on, what department etc.)

If there is nobody at the designated delivery address to receive your order, it will be taken back to the Steakshop for storage. The onus will be on you to collect the order from the shop and provide proof that you are the intended customer in order for us to release the goods to you. We will hold the order for 48 hours.

Any decorations used in marketing media is for display purposes and not part of any purchases.

Although we do our very best to keep all our information updated and correct, we reserve the right to refund orders with incorrect pricing or weight information.

For some specials, quantity may be limited per each client.
